Here is a list of achievements that are awarded to Phi Chi members and chapters
EBEN J. CAREY M.D. Award
Description
The Eben J. Carey award shall be presented annually, to the member of each Phi Chi Chapter having the highest grade in anatomy or highest percentage on anatomy practicals if no specific class exists. Individual chapters may petition for an alternate designation criteria based on the curriculum if different from above, and award will be given at the discretion of the executive trustees.

The Michael Carey award shall be given to the member of each Phi Chi Chapter who is voted most outstanding senior service award.

Description
The Rudy Sievers award is awarded to a Phi Chi Member who is acknowledged for his/her outstanding service to Phi Chi.
Description
The T.B. Pearson is awarded to the Phi Chi Chapter who is recognized for their chapters excellence. Chapter must qualify for at least 3 of the Excellence Awards and must have nominees for the Eben J. Carey, M.D., Michael J. Carey, M.D., and Rudy F. Sievers, M.D., Ph.D. Service Awards if applicable. ​
T.B. Pearson Award
Author's Award
Description
The Author’s Award is given to the author for the most outstanding literary contribution to the Phi Chi Chronicles or Newsletter in any one year. The award consists of an award certificate and $100. The award was established at the XLVI Centennial Grand Chapter Convention in 1989.
