Medical Resources and Contacts
Being affiliated with one of the largest and oldest Medical Fraternities, Phi
Chi Pre-Medical Society is able to provide resources and answer questions as you
pursue your medical career. Local society chapters can offer lectures to members
on medical interests as well as guidance. Chapters are also allowed to send
representatives to the Grand Chapter where you can meet other Society members
and members of Phi Chi Medical Fraternity.
Phi Chi Chronicles
Phi Chi Medical Fraternity's official magazine provides news as well as
articles of personal and fraternal interest. All members are able to make
submissions and view The Chronicles online.
Housing
As you apply for medical school and are granted interviews, you will have to
think about where to stay for your interview. Phi Chi wishes to make one
less hassle for you by offering rooms for Society members where Phi Chi Medical
Fraternity has chapter houses. Where there is no housing available, you
will be able to use the Choice Hotels Discounts to reserve rooms.
Merchandise
Members are offered the opportunity to purchase official Phi Chi Merchandise
such as jewelry, clothing, mugs, ect.
Service
Phi Chi is proud to have an affiliation with Foundation for the International
Medical Relief of Children (FIMRC). Members of Phi Chi can set up one or more
weeks of service in El Salvador, Haiti, India, Uganda, and Costa Rica.
Discounts
Discounts are offered through a variety of companies and new ones are being added
regularly. Members can get full access to the benefits from the
Member's Only area.
