1935 Emergency action confirmed by XXVII Grand Chapter

Emergency Action taken by Executive Trustees due to death of Eben J. Carey. Jacob E. Reisch, GPS, to become Acting Chairman, Executive Trustees and Acting Editor The Phi Chi Quarterly, with this office being in Springfield, IL.  Albert F. Saunders to continue as Grand Secretary and maintain the Central Office of Phi Chi in Valdosta, GA.
Emergency action confirmed by XXX Grand Chapter Convention.
1987

The Central Office moved from Valdosta, GA to New Albany, IN, and combined with the office of the Editor-in-Chief of The Phi Chi Quarterly and Chairman of the Executive Trustees, which was moved to New Albany following the death of Jacob E. Reisch on October 1.
2002 The Central Office moved from New Albany, IN to Floyds Knobs, IN following the retirement, from office practice, of Dr. Daniel H. Cannon and the sale of his building.
2013 Dr. Daniel H. Cannon passes to the Chapter Eternal. Dr. Shilpen Patel, Chairman of Executive Trustees, becomes Editor-in-Chief
