The Executive trustees met in Dr. Reisch's office in Springfield,
Illinois. The decision was made that Daniel H. Cannon, AA '46, G.P.S. and Chairman pro tem be confirmed as Chairman to replace the late
lamented Dr. Jacob E. Reisch. |

Mrs. Bobbie Mullis had written in the Spring, notifying the
Executive Trustees of the impending resignation of both herself and Mrs.
Carla Lunceford. The Trustees decided at this time to move the
Valdosta, Ga. office to New Albany and thus consolidating the two
offices. Dr. Cannon offered free space in his building. Mrs.
Jo Ann Dietrich was engages as the Phi Chi Secretary, Office Manager and
General Factotum. All Welfare Alumni contributors were entered
into the new computer by Valdosta. The transfer was completed
October 1, 1987. |

Because of its confusing nature, the word "National"
was stricken from all references involving members and fees in the
Constitution and Statutes. |

The Grand Chapter directed the individual chapters to support their
delegates at the National Convention. |
|
|
|
Subscriptions and advertisements for the publication, The Phi Chi
Chronicles are to be sought. |
|
|
|
Special emphasis was placed on the fact that no one is a member of
the Phi Chi Medical Fraternity who has not paid the required initiation
fee to the Central Office, and whose Form 3 has not been registered in
the Central Office. |

|
|
