We, the members of The Phi Chi Medical Fraternity, Inc., in Grand Chapter assembled, under the conviction that many advantages are to be derived from a brotherhood of physicians and students of medicine; appreciating that closer communion of kindred hearts is provocative of many incentives to honorable action, and seeking the development of the higher qualities of the mind and nobler impulses of the heart, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the government of our organization and invoke thereto the blessings of the Almighty God.
