ARTICLE VIII -- PUBLICATIONS
SECTION 1: The official publications of the Fraternity shall be a magazine known as the Phi Chi CHRONICLES and an official catalogue known as the Phi Chi DIRECTORY.
SECTION 2: The Phi Chi CHRONICLES shall be issued at such times and in such style as prescribed by the Statutes.
SECTION 3: The Phi Chi DIRECTORY shall be issued at such times and in such style as shall be prescribed by the Statutes.
SECTION 4: Other publications relating to affairs and interests of the Fraternity may be authorized by Statute, resolution or special rule of the Executive Trustees.
SECTION 5: Funds for the official publications shall be provided by the Grand Secretary-Treasurer in an annual budget with and by the consent of the Chairperson of the Executive Trustees as hereinafter provided.
