ARTICLE II -- ORGANIZATION SECTION l: The members of The Phi Chi Medical Fraternity, Inc., shall be those persons who have been initiated or admitted to membership in accordance with the ritual and as hereinafter provided. SECTION 2: The Grand Chapter shall be the supreme governing body of the Fraternity as hereinafter provided. SECTION 3: The active chapters shall be those established in regularly incorporated colleges and universities as hereinafter provided. SECTION 4: Alumni chapters shall be composed of former regularly graduated members of medical colleges who were in good standing with an active chapter of Phi Chi of which said members were a part during their medical course and shall be established as hereinafter provided. SECTION 5: (a) The Phi Chi Welfare Association shall be a benevolent, charitable, and non-profit association established for the benefit of the active chapters and active members of the Fraternity as hereinafter provided. (b) It shall be incorporated. (c) Membership in the Association shall be available to all alumni of The Phi Chi Medical Fraternity, Inc., as hereinafter provided. (d) Management of the Association shall be vested in a Board of Directors consisting of five (5) members, as hereinafter provided. |
