History: Every medical student’s pursuit to their dream in the medical profession consists of hard work, dedication and perseverance. Although we must all make these individual efforts a strong and solid support team can significantly ease the process. The Mu Alpha chapter of Phi Chi was recently established in Nov of 2011 in hopes of uniting all those with similar goals and ambitions at MUA medical school located on the historical Caribbean island of Nevis. Phi Chi’s unique, successful and reputable history has inspired 34 of us to develop this fraternity which has proven to have immeasurable potential that can enhance every medical student’s life. By fundraising, networking and educating, Mu Alpha is excited to strengthen its members and the community world over.
